About the show
Navigating the future of work, one conversation at a time.
Shift AI is a weekly interview series with the executives building, buying, and securing AI inside the world's organizations. Host Boaz Ashkenazy asks about the tradeoffs, the failures, and the decisions that never make it into a keynote.
Every episode centers on one question: what is AI actually changing inside organizations, and what does it take to get there? Guests are the CEOs, CTOs, and security leaders who have made those calls and lived with the results. If you're responsible for putting AI to work, this is where you hear how your peers are doing it. And every conversation ends the same way, with two words on the future of work.

Executive Producer & Host
Boaz Ashkenazy
Boaz Ashkenazy is the host of Shift AI and Executive AI Advisor at Redapt, where he leads the company's Agentic AI practice. He is also Founder and President of Augmented AI Labs, and serves on the board and executive committee of the Seattle Metro Chamber of Commerce.
Trained as an architect, Boaz moved into product development and design thinking, worked at Meta, and scaled multiple startups focused on enterprise productivity. That experience shapes how he interviews. He asks the questions operators ask each other: what broke, what it cost, and what they would do differently.
How we run the show
Operators, not observers
Guests are the executives who made the call and lived with the results. Not commentators, not forecasters.
The part after the keynote
We ask what broke, what it cost, and what they would do differently. The polished version is already online.
Inside the organization
Less about models, more about budgets, security, org charts and workflows, where AI actually changes the work.
Two words
Every conversation ends the same way: two words on the future of work. After 100+ episodes, they add up to a map.
